Armenian Jerusalem Patriarch, Biden Meet in Bethlehem

Armenian Patriarch of Jerusalem, Archbishop Nourhan Manougian and visiting U.S. President Joe Biden met today at Bethlehem’s Church of the Nativity.

Manougian presented Biden with a terracotta plate and pomegranate made by local Armenian artisans.

Manougian, according to the Armenian Patriarchate, thanked Biden for recognizing the 1915 Armenian Genocide.
