Azerbaijani armed forces units yesterday opened fire in the direction of the Khoznavar village in Armenia’s Syunik Province damaging a solar water heater installed on the roof of one of the residential houses, this according to Armenia’s Defense Ministry.

No casualties were reported.

The ministry reports that Azerbaijan has yet to respond to the Armenian government’s proposal to create a joint Armenia-Azerbaijan mechanism for investigating cases of ceasefire violations.
