Despite an ultimatum issued by law enforcement in Armenia to the armed Sasna Dzrer armed group to lay down their weapons by 5 p.m. today, Police spokesman Ashot Aharonyan syas that police aren’t mounting any assault on the police building seized by the group two weeks ago.

The ultimatum states that if Sasna Dzrer does not comply, police will be authorized to shoot any armed individual within the building and environs without warning.

The Police claim that a group of people tried to breach the security cordon around the building but were stopped.
