All Armenia Fund is Getting Water to Hartashen

In the village of Hartashen, 21 kilometres from the district center of Hadrout in Artsakh, the All Armenia Fund is busy installing a drinking water system for this community of 107.

Residents had been forced to carry water in buckets from two springs in the village.
