In a phone conversation with Hetq, Heghineh Bisharyan, who heads the "Orinats Party" ballot in today's election said that she has received no reports of major voting irregularities or violations. She said that at most certain technical problems have been observed. Mrs. Bisharyan said that these included name and residence changes of registered voters and that such things were to be expected. She added that it was still too early in the day to give a general assessment of the elections process.
