Justice Minister Takes Vacation to Defend Sargsyan in Constitutional Court
As the RA Constitutional Court prepares to review the petitions filed by two former presidential candidates to have the February 18 presidential election annulled, Minister of Justice Hrayr Tovmasyan will be on vacation until March 14.
Karineh Kalantaryan, the Ministry’s press spokesperson, told Hetq that the reason for Tovmasyan’s vacation at the present time was so that he could defend the interests of Serzh Sargsyan at the Constitutional Court.
The vacation was approved by RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan.
