Minutes ago, Raffi Hovannisian stated from the podium at Freedom Square that he was on his way to meet with Serzh Sargsyan.

Mr. Hovannisian had called on Sargsyan to meet him in Freedom Square, amidst the people, to discuss the “transfer of state power”.

Mr. Hovannisian, who has declared himself the true winner in the February 18 presidential election, announced that another political rally will be held tomorrow at 5pm in Freedom Square.
