The preliminary investigation of 6 defendents initiated for gangsterism, bandity, preparing assault, gaining illegal control of means of transportation, illegal turnover of narcotic drugs without the purpose of sale was completed in the General Investigations Unite of the Police adjunct to the government of the Republic of Armenia. The prosecutor who supervised the preliminary investigation of the criminal case confirmed the bill of indictment.

By preliminary investigation it was particularly found out that Artush Hakobyan together with Gurgen Hayrapetyan had created and led an organized, armed group – a band, then had included Samvel Davtyan, Qyaram Amoyan, Arman Dallaqyan, Artur Manukyan and Davit Galstyan and others not identified by investigation yet into the band.

According to the obtained evidence from May to August 2011 A. Hakobyan had organized and led the assaults against Atom Ghazazyan, Eduard Bezoyan, Aghvan Grigoryan, Napoleon Azizyan and their families.

According to the preliminary investigation particularly Samvel Davtyan and Davit Galstyan had taken part in the assaults against Atom Ghazazyan, Eduard Bezoyan, Aghvan Grigoryan, Napoleon Azizyan and their families, as well as in the preparations of the assaults against Karen Jinanyan and his family. Qyaram Amoyan and Artur Manukyan are also accused of the preparations of the assaults against Karen Jinanyan and his family.Artur Manukyan is also accused of shooting towards the co-workers of the police.

Arman Dallaqyan is accused of participating in the assaultings against Eduard Bezoyan, Napoleon Azizyan and their families.

The band was neutralized during the preparation of the assault, which would be committed against Karen Jinanyan and his family, but they couldn't realize it because of reasons irrespective of their will.
Besides, as a result of the search marijuana type drug was found at A. Hakobyan and D. Galstyan, and opium type drug was found at S. Davtyan and A. Dallaqyan.

According to the obtained evidence A. Hakobyan was accused according to the Part 1 of the Article 222, the Points 1, 2 of the Part 3 of the Article 175,the Points 1, 2 of the Part 3 of the Article 35-175, the Points 2, 3 of the Part 3 of the Article 183 and the Point 2 of the Part 2 of the Article 268 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.

D. Galstyan was accused according to the Part 1 of the Article 222, the Points 1, 2 of the Part 3 of the Article 175, the Points 1, 2 of the Part 3 of the Article 35-175, the Points 2, 3 of the Part 3 of the Article 183 and the Point 2 of the Part 2 of the Article 268 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
S. Davtyan was accused according to the Part 1 of the Article 222, the Points 1, 2 of the Part 3 of the Article 175, the Points 1, 2 of the Part 3 of the Article 35-175, the Points 2, 3 of the Part 3 of the Article 183 and the Point 2 of the Part 2 of the Article 268 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
A.Dallaqyan was accused according to the Part 1 of the Article 222, the Points 1, 2 of the Part 3 of the Article 175, the Points 2, 3 of the Part 3 of the Article 183 and the Point 2 of the Part 2 of the Article 268 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.

A. Manukyan was accused according to the Part 1 of the Article 222, the Points 1, 2 of the Part 3 of the Article 35-175 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.

Q. Amoyan was accused according to the Part 1 of the Article 222, the Points 1, 2 of the Part 3 of the Article 35-175, the Part 1 of the Article 235 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.

G. Hayrapetyan trying to free himself from pursuit of the police had tried to escape during which he had risen up the cliff near Myasnikyan avenue, had fallen down and died.

The part of Artush Hakobyan, Samvel Davtyan, Qyaram Amoyan, Arman Dallaqyan, Artur Manukyan and Davit Galstyan was separated as seaparate proceedings and was sent to the Court of First Instance of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts.

The preliminary investigation is going on to identify the other people participated in the crime.
