
Armenian Security Chief, U.S. Defense Department Official Discuss Military Reforms
Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan and U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Russia, Ukraine, Eurasia Laura Cooper met today in Washington D.C. and discussed this month’s fighting along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border.
The two, according to Grigoryan’s office, discussed bilateral relations’ prospects and work underway to increase transparency and democratic management of Armenia’s military.
Grigoryan arrived in the U.S. earlier this week on a working visit..
