Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan, at a government cabinet session today, said that while the situation along the border with Azerbaijan remains tense, there is no need to declare martial law.

Pashinyan said the matter was discussed with the country’s Security Council.

Pashinyan said those wishing to participate in the country’s defense can volunteer at their local military administrative agencies (commissariats).
