Ink Stamp Immediately Disappears on Passports in Ajapnyak
Hetq has been informed that the ink stamp used on passports of citizens who have voted, is “mysteriously disappearing” even before they leave the 6/01 polling station in Yerevan’s Ajapnyak district.
The ink has been supplied to all polling stations throughout Armenia by the Central Election Commission.
Local election officials at Ajapnyak have been forced to buy regular ink from a local store as a substitute.
