Yelk Alliance MPs Introduce Bill to Eliminate VAT from Drug Sales

MPs from Armenia’s Yelk (Exit) Alliance have presented a bill to parliament that would eliminate VAT from drug sales, thus making prices more affordable for average citizens.  

The MPs say many in Armenia are now forced to have medications sent to them from overseas by relatives or to travel to neighboring Georgia.
