Armenia’s Central Electoral Commission (CEC) reports that 50.1% of eligible voters (1,296,368) participated in today’s constitutional change referendum.

The CEC says that 2,566,730 people were eligible to vote.

The polls opened at 8am and officially closed at 8pm.
