
Central Bank Prez Buys Commemorative Coin for 24 Million
Artur Javadyan, President of Armenia’s Central Bank, receives a monthly salary of 1.428 million AMD ($3,520) or a tad over 17 million annually.
In 2012, Javadyan also declared 44.9 AMD, $43,970, and 312 Euros as additional revenue.
He’s also purchased 2,000 shares in Artsakh HEK CJSC, receiving 100,000 AMD in dividends. (The company owns mini hydro-plants).
His bank deposits in 2012 amounted to 105 million AMD, $435,000, and 205,000 Euros.
Javadyan paid 24 million AMD for a commemorative coin of 20th Century Armenian Catholicoi.
His wife, Hasmik Manukyan, is also well off. In 2012, she declared 28.4 million AMD and 26,714 Euros in revenue.
She had 155 million AMD, $405,999 and 385,000 Euros in cash assets.
