March 1 Commemoration: HAK Urges Supporters to Go Directly to Myasnikian Square
The Armenian National Congress (HAK) has called on its supporters to make their way directly to Myasnikian Square this March 1, to commemorate those killed in the post-election unrest in 2008.
Usually, there is a silent march from Freedom Square to Myasnikian Square, the epicentre of the popular unrest five years ago.
It turns out that this year, the Heritage Party filed for and was granted a rally permit for Myasnikian Square before HAK.
