According to Hetq sources, Armenia’s National Security Service (NSS) has arrested two suspects in the shooting of presidential candidate Paryur Hayrikian on January 31.

NSS Press Director Artzvin Baghramyan neither confirmed nor refuted the news when Hetq contacted him.

In his Facebook page, Hayrikian hinted that an official statement regarding the case would be forthcoming.

“I cannot reveal much, but the case is coming to light,” Hayrikian wrote.
