Yesterday, the DOK party released a statement detailing the circumstances surrounding the disappearance of its founding president, Vardan Ghukasyan. According to the statement, Ghukasyan’s whereabouts have been unknown since February 21. Today, his supporters are gathering to protest in front of the U.S. Embassy, demanding answers about his situation.

Hetq has since discovered that Ghukasyan is currently being held at the Henderson Detention Center in Las Vegas.

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) website features an online detainee locator system, which allows individuals to search for detained persons using their personal information. It was through this system that Hetq confirmed Ghukasyan’s detention.

This development comes amid a broader crackdown on migrants under the Trump administration’s stringent immigration policies, which have led to the arrest and deportation of thousands of individuals in recent months.

Notably, Ghukasyan has publicly expressed support for both President Donald Trump and Elon Musk on multiple occasions, endorsing various decisions made by them.
