First Anniversary of Azerbaijani Attack on Artsakh: Mourners Flock to Yerevan’s Military Cemetery

On September 19, 2023, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces  attacked the Republic of Artsakh, targeting military facilities and civilian infrastructure. The attack was preceded by a grueling 9-month siege.

Friends and relatives of the 223 people killed in the Azerbaijani offensive, including twenty civilians, visited Yerevan’s Yerablur Military Cemetery to pay their respects to those who died.
