Luis Moreno Ocampo, who served as the first Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) from 2003 to 2012, says he will respond to a request made by Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan asking if the ongoing Azerbaijani blockade of Artsakh constitutes genocide.

Ocampo, in a pair of Tweets, yesterday wrote:

At the request of the President of Artsakh I will produce in 7 days a report to #StopArmenianGenocideInArtsakh #StopArmenianGenocide2023
