Tovio Klaar, EU’s Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, yesterday, in a Twitter post, expressed his disappointment after Azerbaijan completely shut off the gas supply to Artsakh on Sunday.

Azerbaijan had restored gas to Artsakh on Saturday evening.

A day that began with promise again ended in disappointment & frustration. As reiterated many times by the 🇪🇺, it is crucial that the flow of energy supplies be restored without restrictions, as well as the movement of people & goods via the Lachin corridor. 1/2
