Armenia Issues $20M Loan to Artsakh for Displaced Housing

The Armenian government today approved an eight billion AMD (US$ 20.2 million) loan to the Artsakh government at an annual rate of 0.01% with a maturity date of January 1, 2026.

The money will be spent on building housing for those displaced in the 2020 Karabakh war and for financing local bank obligations.

In October, the Armenian government approved a twenty billion AMD loan to Artsakh for the same purpose.
