Hetq today received an award for its coverage of the 2020 Artsakh war and human rights issues in Armenia.

The award ceremony was a joint effort of Armenian Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan, Naira Hovsepyan (the mother of Combat Cross awardee Gevorg Arshakyan) and human rights activist Siranush Sahakyan.

Tatoyan praised Hetq for its factual and in-depth coverage, noting that the outlet’s investigations are often used in international reports and documents.
