On March 19, at the sitting of the 46th session of the UN Human Rights Council, the following video message of Armenian Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan was broadcast.

In the video, Tatoyan accuses Azerbaijani military forces of pursuing a policy of genocide and ethnic cleansing during last year’s war in Artsakh.

Tatoyan goes on to state that the Azerbaijani government pursues a policy of anti-Armenianism in Azerbaijan that it promotes using cultural, sports and other public figures.
