Armenia Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan and newly appointed Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Delegation to Armenia, Thierry Ribo met today in Yerevan and discussed the plight of Armenian servicemen and civilians held captive in Azerbaijan.

They also discussed the issues related to the identification and return of Armenian war dead.
