Armenia, Arsakh Human Rights Defenders Publish Report on Azerbaijan's Systematic Anti-Armenian Policy
The Human Rights Defenders of Armenia and Artsakh have published a new joint report, entitled "Hate speech organized in Azerbaijan and hostility towards ethnic Armenians as root causes of ethnic torture and inhuman treatment by the Azerbaijani armed forces."
The report substantiates Azerbaijan's policy of ethnic cleansing and genocide through terrorist methods. The report proves that the atrocities, torture and inhuman treatment implemented by Azerbaijan during this war are the result of years of hostile propaganda and organized anti-Armenian policies.
The report also proves that anti-Armenianism in Azerbaijan is systematic, engendered by the Azerbaijani authorities, including the highest bodies, then widely used in almost the same way, encouraged by cultural, sports and other public figures and receives public praise, often targeting children.
Azerbaijani servicemen, according to the report, are aware that their torture of Armenians will not only go unpunished but will be praised by the authorities and the public.
