
Former Armenian Finance Minister Released on Bail
Lawyers for former Armenian Minister of Finance Gagik Khachatryan, who has been detained since August 2019 on charges of large-scale embezzlement and abuse of official power, report that he has been released on bail.
The lawyers, in a statement, did not specify the bail amount, only that Khachatryan is in urgent need of medical attention.

Update: Hetq legal system sources report that bail was set in the amount of 120 million AMD ($243,300).
