The Armenian community of Israel today organized a car convoy from Haifa to Jerusalem to call attention to Israeli weapons sales to Azerbaijan.

Demonstrators will rally in front of the Knesset of the Israeli Parliament and the Ministry of Defense of Jerusalem, demanding that Israel stop selling weapons to Azerbaijan and recognize Artsakh's independence.

Esther Melkumova, who’s lived in Israel for 5 years, told Hetq that the Armenian community also opposes Turkey's involvement in the organized terrorism against the people of Artsakh.

"At the moment, about 400 cars are on the way to Jerusalem. There are participants from almost all cities of Israel. The caravan started from Haifa. People from the center and other southern cities joined us,” said Melkumova, adding that such actions will continue
